Thanks for the ping/link; post. WOW!

Their foot is in your door, their eye is on your store,
their GP’s assess your health, their GPS tracks your stealth, their FED & IRS devalue and confiscate your wealth.

That idea actually had some merit and may have allowed some industry to stay in LA.

>LOL. Where do you think that pollution would end up once the Santa Ana's began to blow?

Daaa, you don’t use the fans if the Santa Ana’s are blowing - you let nature blow the crap out to sea, as it does today.

The problem is the other 355 days of the year.

As I have posted to Lorianne many times, several states have changed or abandoned Estate Recovery for Expanded Medicaid members. California is among them. For some reason she likes scaring people about this.

Recently we reported on California’s move to limit the reach of its Medicaid estate recovery program to cover spending only on long term service and support services (LTSS) (see California Considering Change To Limit Medi-Cal Estate Recovery To Long-Term Care Only). California’s move follows similar changes made by three other states – Oregon, Washington, and Connecticut

and at this point I don’t know whether or not I have coverage for next year.

Same position here, in Washington State, after more-than-I-can-count attempts to find out the status of my renewal using various forms of communication.
