They are following the “European Model.” It is done all the time over there.
According to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsberg we should be checking European countries laws before deciding applications of our own. What they allow we should allow...what they ban we should ban.....never mind our own laws....
What could go wrong with Executive orders that supersede the legislature? In fact why do we even need a legislature???
Hitler, a “socialist” just like our current Resident” used this sort of logic to overthrow the Weimar Republic and rejuvenate Germany in the 1930’s from it’s economic woes and the from the social injustices among various social/ethnic groups. So I repeat “what could go wrong?”

I’ve been in among those people—they want to see higher education turned into something like Nazi Germany or Scandinavia, &c.—free college, paid for, of course, by the taxpayer.
