I too take vitamine C with Rosehips.....a protein drink and basic multi vitmain multimineral tab daily.
Over Christmas I got lax with all of it and usre enough caught the flu Christmas Day night. So out came the “Airborne” , and don’t ask me why it works ..it just does for me. By the evening of day two I had already warded off the aches and chills and headache....day three I was coming out on the other side.
My sister told me about Vit. C with Rosehips.....when I’m consistant it does work...I seem to bypass all the cold season and flu...I should not have let these slide as i did over Christmas!
