Chadian forces scored a key victory over Nigeria's Boko Haram on Tuesday, wresting control of the border town of Gamboru within hours of launching a ground offensive against the jihadist group.

Apparently, the corruption and perfumed generals & politicians in Nigeria leaves little money, equipment, and training for the troops?

Second , the Moslems [ pals of the Islamic terrorists ] may have taken many high governmental positions ... sound familiar ?

The deficiency in any strategy is in not having good pursuit after the defeat of the jihadists. Get them breaking and running, and systematically hunt every last one of them down, retrieving all the corpses, and displaying them. Oh no, a violation of the Geneva convention, heavens to betsy.
