But if they say so explicitly then suddenly the FTC is denying Staples' request to merge with Office Depot, the IRS is auditing them from esophagus to rectum and no one in government is buying so much as a single number 2 pencil from them.

I don’t know if this applies to staples or not, but a lot of businesses have been threatened to not disclose policies that change based on the aca.
