Hmmm. You could be right; it could be PETA. Then again, I do not recall PETA running any animal shelters recently so I am not certain at this point.

PETA has been caught around here killing a lot of dogs, one was even stolen from a family’s porch. The ASPCA runs several no kill shelters.
