The venue of the trial (Boston) would suggest life without parole.

I’m hoping I’m wrong.

After reading this, I’m not so sure that the Life in Prison wouldn’t actually be worse for the guy. Death is almost too easy.

What would Dzhokhar Tsarnaev face in Supermax prison?

Let America’s friends in prison take care of him.

Supposed to be from Mass. but could be from elsewhere due to publicity and what not. But you’re right, the feds always have an impossible time getting the death penalty for convicts where I live.

That’s why I’m concerned.

Now, if the trial were held in Texas, no worries at all.

This potential juror is from MA, and would clearly vote for the chair (or guillotine, firing squad, etc... or all of the above combined at the same time).

Of course, last time this potential juror was in a judge’s sidebar for juror suitability, within 4 to 5 seconds, he was immediately shot out of court for insuitability.

Death.

He INTENTIONALLY TARGETED that 8 year old boy and set the backpack beside him. Let God sort it out, assigning Dzhokhar to a fiery hot place. THE TAX PAYERS SHOULD NOT SUBSIDIZE THIS WAR CRIMINAL WITH LIFE IN PRISON!!!

He will almost certainly be killed in prison. But, I say kill him sooner rather than later. A MESSAGE MUST BE SENT TO OTHER WOULD-BE TERRORISTS IN AMERICA.

I'm good with life in prison; his family can pay for the expenses of keeping him alive.
