See, that's the thing. I don't like it when Obama pulls his "pen and a phone" BS, and so I don't like it when Jindal does the same. As much as I agree with the purpose of what Jindal is doing (though, as others have said, religious freedoms shouldn't need legislative/EO protection), I don't like the idea of a governor simply implementing a law that the legislature has, for whatever reason, failed to pass itself.
