State Dept. Spokesperson explains that Iran will meet the standards for nuclear materials possession it agreed to in November 2013, according to Joint Plan of Action (JPOA).

This type of stockpile, under the JPOA and exceptions, can go up and down, it is variable as long as at the end of the time period, in this case June 30, it is back below 7,650 kilograms. In the past the IAEA has reported that they have gone up and back down and have always met their requirements. We expect they will do so in this case...
The fact that this stockpile has gone above 7,650 kilograms is allowed under the JPOA as long as they get back where they need to be, they have always done so...
Honestly, I have talked to all of the nuclear experts on this, there is not a concern that they will [not?] get down to the right amount by June 30.
