Continuing his critique of the Supreme Courts recent decisions on Obamacare and same-sex marriage, Sen. Ted Cruz said Friday that the rulings mark some of the darkest 24 hours in our nations history.
Cruz made the comments in an interview on Sean Hannitys radio show Friday afternoon.
Today is some of the darkest 24 hours in our nations history, Cruz said.
I couldnt say it more eloquently, Hannity responded.
Yesterday and today were both naked and shameless judicial activism, Cruz said. Neither decision the decision yesterday rewriting Obamacare for the second time. Six justices joined the Obama administration. You now have President Obama, Kathleen Sebelius and six justices responsible for forcing this failed disaster of a law on millions of Americans, and simply rewriting the law in a way that is fundamentally contrary to their judicial oaths.
And then today, this radical decision purporting to strike down the marriage laws of every state. It has no connection to the United States Constitution. They are simply making it up, Cruz said. It is lawless, and in doing so, they have undermined the fundamentally legitimacy of the United States Supreme Court.(continued)

I was hoping he would comment on this, good for him.
I did prepare myself emotionally for yesterday and today. The only surprise is that Roberts sided with the minority in the Sodom versus Gomorrah ruling.
I listened live.
The people of this country voted for it.
That’s the most awful thing.
He had already fulfilled his obligation and done his dirt with the obamacare case. He was not needed on the same sex case or he would have been Johnny on the spot.
The things the Bible teaches, we will have to learn again.
Only problem is, we’ll learn them in a prison camp instead of in a free country. Each one who finally sees the light will see it alone. To share what they learn will be a crime.
I think January 1973 was pretty horrible....anytime you advocate killing babies it is not good for the country......today is third after 9/11
Top 4 worst day for America
Stock Crash 1929
Does anyone doubt that I classified the Supreme Court a liberal communists club of fools with the exception of 3 of them.
this has all been so shocking I’m not sure I even trust Cruz.
How am I to know if he’s not simply taking advantage of the situation..?
For me it’s either cruz or trump.
I never in a million years would have guessed I would say trump but right now I simply want someone very, very far away from the establishment.
I’m shocked and desperate.
If a billionaire real estate developer in Manhattan isn’t part of the establishment, the word has no meaning.
24 hours after creating law that keeps the federal mandate, Roberts has the nerve to say that the SC has no business creating laws.
He sided with them when it became clear that Kennedy was going to side with the sodomites.
Sorry, Ted, but I believe the darkest days are yet to come.
Within ten years we’ll see churches closed for refusing to approve of gay marriage and gay sex.
Christians will be openly persecuted for their beliefs.
The sexual deviants will demand that the age of consent be lowered to 16, 14, 12, 8, 6, or maybe even done away with so they can assault our children.
I will seriously be surprised if we make it to the end of they year before some Federal agency murders a pastor under color of authority. The staged raids on Christians are going to commence any moment now.
Hmmm. I wonder if this “Jade Helm” thing is a pretext for pre-emptive action against conservatives?
In any case, this country is in the same place going into 2016 where we were going into 1860: On the brink.
Yep, I think Kennedy and Roberts made a deal.
Words have had no meaning for at least 24 hours.
Because you aren’t paying attention!
ARe you seriously that ignorant as to say this about Cruz? Look at previous posts...before this started. On man, stood in the Senate, and tried to do his best to fight this.
His name, Ted Cruz.
Our government has, is, and is countinuing to fail us.
Besides, unlike Cruz, Trump supports Single Payer...
