James McConnell's prosecution is one of a growing number of examples in which British authorities — who routinely ignore incendiary speech by Muslim extremists — are using hate speech laws to silence Christians.

Al-Wazzan is now trying to leverage the controversy over McConnell's remarks to shame local politicians into providing him with free public land to build a mega-mosque.
An evangelical Christian pastor in Northern Ireland is being prosecuted for making "grossly offensive" remarks about Islam.
James McConnell, 78, is facing up to six months in prison for delivering a sermon in which he described Islam as "heathen" and "satanic." The message was streamed live on the Internet, and a Muslim group called the police to complain.

Priorities. The offended Muslims will kill you, while the meek Christians only want to hold a prayer session so God may shed a modicum of grace upon you....
This cannot end peacefully.
Oddly enough that statement is true. It is true because all that oppose the Islamic State have been executed in the most vile of methods, if female and young and attractive sold into sexual slavery, and those that do not agree and are alive cower in fear. Yes, it is peaceful today but if the hands of fate turn, there will be vengeance. It is peaceful today but not in the future.
I wish we could get back the lives of the brave Americans who died in WWII to preserve the freedom these fools have so carelessly thrown away.
