99% of failure in life is caused by not having a goal....a reason to wake up every morning and push through the B.S. I don’t care what color you are, if you don’t believe in yourself...your purpose....you will flounder. People of any color are not floundering because of ‘whites’ or ‘the man’ or anything like that. They are flounder because they haven’t mapped out a goal and carried it through to the end during good times and bad. Period. End of story! Exclamation Point!!!

I believe there’s a lot of truth in that.
You have to treat life like a job. Get up early. Develop a plan. Spend your time devising ways to realize the plan. Execute the plan.
A big part of it is actually deciding what you want out of life.
I think there are a lot of people who don’t know the exact answer to this question.
