U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is actually seeking public feedback on this so-called modification to a vital part of the naturalization process - The United States Oath of Allegiance, which new citizens have been reciting since 1778.

All new citizens need to renounce allegiance to Islam.
They’ll just bear arms to commit crimes.
Not many of Barry’s new foreigners are willing to die for America. They only came here for the free stuff, free money and to vote for the commie ‘RATS.
Is anyone who is sentient surprised?
The Congress and SCOTUS no longer takes THEIR Oaths,
America has been slowly
murdered by the First Moslem Impostor
and this coterie of treasonous supporters,
starting with the complicit Boehner-the-Traitor.
“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”
If they won’t bear arms, then they aren’t a part of the militia and the 2nd Amendment does not apply to them.
The Liberals keep inching their way into destroying the country each little politically-correct moment at a time. They won’t be happy until we’re a nation full of pajama boys.
Until these “Citizens” are willing to defend this country, they should have a limited citizenship... No right to vote and no right to hold office.
Know what the difference is between natural born "full time" citizenship, and naturalized sworn citizenship?
The 14th Amendment.
Jurisdiction. Learn it, or lose it.
All new citizens will get it in the end.
I’ll bet at least 25 percent would like to pledge armed support anyway. The next step is to remove the option by removing the statement. After that, anyone who insists on pledging armed support of the usa will be summarily disqualified from citizenship due to their inflammatory language.
Yet another class of citizens. Muslims will totally love this.
This made me laugh.
Being an American doesn’t mean what it once did.
If I’m not mistaken, that oath is called out verbatim in the US Code (sorry, I don’t have the specific section handy ). How can that oath be “modified” without congressional action? Does USCIS have a pen and a phone like obama does?
Yeah, but what’s a mere law when put up against a Royal Whim?
