The top spokesman for President Barack Obama today said there’s essentially no evidence that Planned Parenthood acted unethically by selling the body parts of aborted babies. Ergo, there’s no reason for Congress to de-fund Planned Parenthood.
The comments from White House spokesman Josh Earnest come despite a fourth video showing the abortion giant potentially breaking state and federal laws to sell the body parts of aborted babies.
The Hill has more about Obama’s spokesman’s comments:
White House press secretary Josh Earnest stopped short of issuing a formal veto threat against the legislation, but he said “on balance, the president would not be supportive of such congressional action.”
“This is a tactic we have seen used before,” Earnest said of the GOP legislation. “The president obviously does not support that ongoing effort.”
The spokesman accused Republicans of trying “to play some politics with some selectively edited videos” and said they were released in a “fraudulent way.”
Earnest also said he is not sure if President Obama has seen the videos, but added he is following the story in the news.He had no specific comment on the footage, other than to suggest the footage was selectively edited.Earnest said the” fraudulent way” the videos were released means there is “not a lot of evidence” Planned Parenthood violated their own standards and rules.
Asked how he knows the videos are fraudulent, Earnest said he was relying public statements made by Planned Parenthood.

Carol Tobias, the president of National Right to Life, disagrees.

New undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ Vice President and Medical Director, Dr. Savita Ginde, negotiating a fetal body parts deal, agreeing multiple times to illicit pricing per body part harvested, and suggesting ways to avoid legal consequences.
In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Ginde at the abortion-clinic headquarters of PPRM in Denver to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs. When the actors request intact fetal specimens, Ginde reveals that in PPRM’s abortion practice, “Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact.”

As LifeNews reported, the first video of undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.
In the second video, Planned Parenthood doctor Maru Gatter discusses the pricing of aborted baby body parts — telling the biotech company officials that the prices for such things as a baby’s liver, head or heart are negotiable. She also tells the officials that she could talk with the Planned Parenthood abortion practitioners to potentially alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion.
A third video caught Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ Vice President and Medical Director, Dr. Savita Ginde, discussing selling aborted baby parts and dissecting aborted babies.

So, they didn’t really sell aborted babies, but if they did, it wasn’t illegal. And if they did sell fetal tissue and it was illegal then there really isn’t any evidence that “they” (depending upon the meaning of “they” “sold (depending upon the meaning of “sold” “babies” (depending upon the meaning of “babies”) and if the videos appear to make it seem like fetal tissue was being sold, then that is what’s being taken out of context and the crisis firm PP hired may in fact make it look like they are concerned over their image but in fact, they are not, and this isn’t a crisis, there really is no connection between these events, because they really did nothing illegal and if they did, there is no evidence that did anything illegal and if these videos may be taken to portray that PP did in fact sell aborted fetal tissue, then that is out of context because they really did nothing wrong.
Ethics are opinions, basically. The problem is whether it is legal or not. It isn’t.

It’s pretty obvious to anyone with eyeballs what’s going on at Planned Murderhood.
