WASHINGTON (AP) — Two aides to former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton have agreed not to delete any work-related emails or documents following an order from a federal judge that they preserve the records, according to their lawyers.
The pledges from Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills are contained in court documents submitted by the State Department this week as a part of a public records lawsuit brought by the conservative group Judicial Watch.
That lawsuit sought records related to Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, specifically documents about the work of Abedin, Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff.

If they destroyed them before the order they have still violated the law.
Both of these conniving lying holes, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills are not going to honor any ‘pledge.
All I want to know is if Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills swore under oath or penalty of perjury that they DID NOT ALREADY DESTROY email evidence.
While I don’t think we will ever see the evidence, it has to out there.
I think some of the big questions is how did they print off 55,000 pages (33,000 emails)after the server was wiped clean in 2013 per the latest reports? And,why did the Cow not disclose that the server was turned over to Platte River in 2013 but continue to claim that it was secure in her house which is guarded by the Secret Service?

That’s the problem with WND, too. Haven’t been able to go there for over a decade.
One machine has 4 gig of memory, another has 8 gig, both machines are nearly swamped by those websites.
Which are worse, but only by a tad, than local “news” sites that beg you, beg you, beg you to go to their website.

Do they not test these things? We did lots of testing on web-based stuff.
My machines aren’t the biggest or fastest but come on.

I’m sure Hillary gave them the order to destroy their emails months ago. Also, I heard someone on TV yesterday say the server was totally clean. Hillary also gave them a thumb drive and I don’t know it that is clean but bet it is. Hillary and Bill Clinton have destroyed documents in the past during the time Bill was president. Documents about Hillary’s land deals in Arkansas couldn’t be found and I recall she said she lost them. Think I remember there was also a “fire” in the law firm where she worked in
Arkansas and documents were burned there.
She was all over the map “explaining” how documents disappeared. Both of them have lived by threads, barely able to stay out of prison and they never stop covering their tracks.
If she is elected president, the president in real time will be Bill Clinton. Our country is already on a destruction skid and both of them will push it further down the skid to destruction.
