The White House campaign to save the Iran nuclear deal is getting a boost from the God squad.
Faith-based groups, many of them increasingly nervous about the well-funded push by opponents of the deal, are intensifying their lobbying of lawmakers ahead of an important congressional vote on the agreement.
Over the weekend, the Rev. Al Sharpton called on black churches to mobilize in support of the nuclear deal. On Monday, a group of 340 rabbis from multiple strands of Judaism released a letter, urging lawmakers to vote for the agreement. And plans are in the works for a coordinated rollout of endorsements by a number of religious groups next week, an organizer said.
The campaign is led largely by Catholic and Quaker groups, such as the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and the Friends Committee on National Legislation, and it reflects many of the organizations’ traditional anti-war stances. It also comes as themes of anti-Semitism and Islamism have risen in the debate.

I've been against the Iran deal from the outset. Now seeing that Sharpton is going to be bloviating for it...just makes me that much more certain the Iran deal is a bad deal.

What should really disturb everyone is this:
a group of 340 rabbis from multiple strands of Judaism released a letter, urging lawmakers to vote for the agreement.
So, Judaism is advocating for their own destruction at the hands of a bunch of jihadi mooselimbs that have no other purpose in their pitiful lives but to see the total destruction of all Jews and the downfall of the United States of America and Israel.
I am amazed at the depth to which some people can stick their heads into the sand.

I’ll wager that there are thousands of Rabbis in the USA.

The point here is that you can find a few hundred “leaders” of any group to say just about any thing...and the Obamanoids have done that here. This is about blind loyalty to a man and his ideology, not about enlightened self-interest.
Most of us Jews are 100% against this agreement, and were even before it was announced (based upon “leaks” of what was in it). We understand quite well that this agreement will hasten the acquisition of nukes by Iran, and also enrich the terrorist operations of Iran everywhere in the world. It represents a mortal threat to Israel, and with that a mortal threat to all Jews, everywhere. The Holocaust was only possible because there was no refuge for Jews, and no armed force ready to come to the aid of Jews trying to survive. Eliminate Israel, and all Jews become much more vulnerable to those that hate them.
I, as a Jew, hereby completely and totally disavow any statements or positions taken by this group of 340 so-called rabbis. They do not speak for me, my family or my community. They spit in G-d’s face by placing His nation at risk of destruction.
