The Chehalis fire that is going on in Central Washington is also a huge fire. Very dry in the eastern part of Washington State (actually, even the western part of WA is very dry, no rain for a long time.

Today, hubby and I were at a Mariner's game in Seattle and there is a very heavy haze in the atmosphere that is a result of the fires in the Chehalis part of the state. Air quality not so hot right now.

Shoot, we even had a couple of days of smoky skies this summer all the way out here in Iowa.

I heard it was from Canadian wild fires though.
