A federal judge in Texas has put President Obamas deportation amnesty on hold, while another judge in the District of Columbia is poised to rule any day now on whether the House can sue to stop parts of the administrations Obamacare spending.
Meanwhile, no fewer than six federal judges in the District are refereeing Mr. Obamas broad pledges of transparency and how they stack up against the way his State Department operated under Hillary Rodham Clinton as secretary. Indeed, much of Mr. Obamas agenda and his legacy sits in the hands of federal judges across the country, who are hearing challenges to his immigration and environmental policies as well as bigger constitutional fights such as congressional Republicans charge that he has discarded the separation of powers that is meant to protect taxpayers wallets and rights alike. It is unusual for a president to have so much of his agenda contingent on judicial review, said Darrell West, director of governance studies for the Brookings Institution. It is a commentary on our current political situation that legislative gridlock has forced presidential action through executive decisions and this then created the need for judicial review.
It has become so messy that the judges who are pushing the State Department to release Mrs. Clintons emails are beginning to get tangled.
Theres a lot of overlap in all these cases, and I want to be mindful of that, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan said during a hearing last week.

Legislating by courtroom is going to prove to be a disaster.
We may see a few victories even, but such victories will not make it right.
We must oust Boehner and McConnell and their plantation workers.
Bingo!
You know ValJar Wormtongue of Chicagoland has already issued the Feats of Strength worksheets and Airing of Grievance worksheets to these judges to help convince them that those are nice jobs they have and it would be a shame if anything bad were to happen.
whether the House can sue to stop parts of the administrations Obamacare spending.
This drives me crazy, mindless morons. Congress can and should just Impeach the head of any and every agency that spends money in a way they don’t like, or inconsistent with the authorization of funds.

Thus, another reason for the rise of Donald Trump. He knows how to hire and fire.

We have never had such a lawless “man” as President. To blame Congress is wrong. Perhaps it is their fault he has not been stopped, but they did not force his criminality.
So now the president rules by dictatorial decree and the Congress files lawsuits.
Fantastic system we have here these days.
The only thing I want to see about odumbo’s future is that he is in a federal jail.
The only judge not involved and should be involved is the :
HANGING JUDGE!!!!!!!
I prefer room temperature to cut down on costs.
“whether the House can sue to stop parts of the administrations Obamacare spending”
This is just ludicrous. The constitution gives them to power to fund/defund anything they want as long as they have the veto override votes.
