That is why the levers of self-government ought be denied to those who are neither moral nor religious. No one should be registered to vote unless they pass some rigorous tests in those regards. Self-government is fundamental to every privilege a free and prosperous citizen enjoys. There are some 100 million people in the USA who, by virtue of placing Barack Hussein into office, should be stripped of their voting privilege.
Our constitution is based in Judeo Christian ideology. When people lived lives built within that framework there were few laws needed. As we set morality aside there is an ever increasing need for laws and a growing government to manage and enforce them.

The Kentucky legislature is right on the money. There needs to be a new law to replace the law that was struck down.

Yes. Time for laws to deny the voting franchise to those who do not subscribe to Judaeo-Christian parameters. That means those who *advocate* for deviance. License to vote should include rigorous testing in civics and proof of good behavior (within reason). Same holds for anyone who would practice law or medicine in our country.

One of the biggest unmentioned issues here is that while the KY Senate is dominated by Republicans, the House and Executive Branch offices are held by Democrats. Who are making a little bit of noise but otherwise trying to keep as far away from this as possible.
Certainly not using the powers they do have to go after her. The AG can haul her up on criminal misconduct charges for instance. Except he knows he’ll never be elected Governor if he does.
The ostrich-playing if the Democrats here should be just as big an issue as the refusal to issue licenses.

Kentucky is a Baptist, Church of Christ, old timey Methodist zone for the most part. They attack Christianity at their peril in that state.
He will uphold the chain of command. The "Law" is being broken.
So when is Obama going to go to court to explain to a judge why he refuses to deport illegal aliens and for inviting them to the white house and to be given more rights that American Citizens?
This woman has violated no law and no oath. Obama violates his oath and the law every day.
I know of no criminal statute that this woman has violated. Yet she faces criminal penalties for not doing what she is no longer authorized under Kentucky statutes to do.
If Judge Bunning is smart he’ll cite her for contempt and slap her with a fine of $1000-$2000 per business day for each day she refuses to issue licenses.
You’d see a reaction from Christian Conservatives along the lines of what happened with that baker, pizza parlor, etc: you’d have a crowd funding site that would quickly raise enough money to pay the fine for YEARS.
And there’d really be nothing the Left could do about it. The ball for all other action (removing her from office or indicting her) would be dropped squarely into the laps of the Democrats.

She can issue the licenses, believing it's something God won't approve, or quit.
It's like a doctor being forced to perform abortions. He or she would need to find work somewhere else.
I really don’t see much hope for conservatism these days. The utter lack of conviction on the part of so called conservatives is disheartening.
Fortunately God will judge us as individuals no matter what happens to the nation.
