If the U.S. and Russia wre both training actually trying to defeat ISIS, then how is that proxy war? Answer, ISIS is a US ally under this administration.
The Kurds have been doing rather well at fighting the Islamist lunatics. The Kurds courage is to be commended.
Could be. Whereas Newt told them all they were entitled to was the pursuit of happiness, Bush Sr’s “compassionate conservatism” was supposed to give the GOP a more socialist image, seeing government as savior of first resort. Things ain’t been right since.
View this report with skepticism. There are two Kurdish groups. Both fighting ISIS. One (communist endoctrinated) is also engaged in creating a separate Kurdish state and against both Syrian (Assad) and Turkish governments. The other, Peshmerga is the name of the group affilliated with the Kurdish state in Iraq which is not involved .
The Bush administration's callous abandonment of the Kurds will come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the long history of broken promises by both the United States and Britain

Heh-—love your caption....sounds more and more like dumbheads Susan Rice and Marie Harf are taking a stab at geopolitics....while our lives hang in the balance.
Hope the world remembers there is a big difference between the Bozo and the real people of the USA!
“seedy, wheezing old plug”
That would describe Hillary, Biden, and Bernie.
