Benghazi: Hillary Clinton Adviser Sidney Blumenthal Had Financial Stake In US Libya Policy, Says GOP Lawmaker [ full title ] .

Sidney Blumenthal was a principal character in Hillary Clinton's Libyan policy discussions, even though he was neither an official adviser nor an impartial party, according to the Republican chairman of the House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack. In a letter, Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina claims there was a financial stake for Blumenthal in Libya as he pressed for Clinton to intervene.

"Blumenthal was not merely acting as a steward of information to Secretary Clinton but was acting as her de facto political adviser," Gowdy said in a blistering letter to Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, the Benghazi panel's top Democrat. "While Blumenthal, an old friend of Clinton's, admittedly knew little about Libya and had not ever been to Libya, Clinton seemingly read every one of his emails on the topic that began appearing out of nowhere in February 2011."

...

Blumenthal's motivation revealed -- money

...

the same time Blumenthal was pushing Secretary Clinton to war in Libya, he was privately pushing a business interest of his own in Libya that stood to profit from contracts with the new Libyan government — a government that would exist only after a successful U.S. intervention in Libya that deposed Qaddafi,” Gowdy wrote, referring to former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.

Gowdy writes that Blumenthal maintained a frequent dialogue with Clinton about U.S. policy in the country -- nearly half of the emails Clinton received regarding Benghazi and Libya prior to the attacks involved him. Blumenthal, who served as a former White House aide to her husband, was not employed in any official capacity at the time of their correspondence.

IMO that’s a charitable way to look at it.

If Blumenthal was making money on misery in Libya, then other Democrats with more power and money were in there, too.

"Benghazi: Hillary Clinton Adviser Sidney Blumenthal Had Financial Stake In US Libya Policy, Says GOP Lawmaker"

Is anybody surprised by this?
I believe the entire incident was concocted to make money for Hillary and her secret cabal of friends along with Obama getting a cut of the action for supporting it.

The discovery that Hillary Clinton received some 25 memos from Clinton family confidante and hatchet man Sidney Blumenthal is causing another round of angst for Democrats. It should. Why are the memos a problem?

1. They show the degree to which Hillary Clinton defied the Obama administration edicts. Told she couldn’t hire him through the front door, she let him in the back. Perhaps the Obama team will conclude she was a disloyal and problematic employee and cease making her life easier (e.g. by refusing to investigate unreported conflicts of interest).
...
3. Blumenthal was engaged in a massive conflict of interest since he was working with people attempting to do business in Libya. If Clinton knew, her behavior in circulating the memos was egregious. If not, her recklessness is once again apparent.

Right here is enough for Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States on both shillary and obuma...

Why didn't anyone try to take action? What type of people were sent to the House and Senate to represent the American people, and why can't we do something now?

I stated earlier in a post on here that when Putin finds the arms that were sent from Venezuela to Benghazi to Syria to over throw Assad, Putin should go to the Hague and demand they bring action against the Government of the United States...every House and Senator and government official that was involved with this...

“Why didn’t Republicans impeach 0bama for conducting an illegal war on Libya?”

The whole lot of these people involved in the “Arab Spring” and other aggressions up to and including aiding and abetting ISIS, need to be brought up before tribunals.

This summer there was a list compiled of the most wanted Nazi criminals who were still alive. There is no reason to give up on prosecuting those who are bringing us Soros world through insidious, wag the dog wars and revolutions.

Thank you. The reason I asked is because Magariaf publicly discredited the idea of a demonstration after the attack.

House panel hears account of Benghazi attack 5/8/2013

Hicks said U.S. officials knew better by then and that the remarks angered the Libyan president, who had gone on record calling it a terrorist attack. That discord prevented the FBI from reaching Benghazi for several days, Hicks said, because the Libyan government was not able to guarantee their safety.

Libyan President Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf was "insulted in front of his own people," Hicks said. "His credibility was reduced. His ability to lead his country was damaged."

The sad part of this post is that this information was out there over a week ago on the 9th. See

Yet the drive-by media ignored it.

British Petroleum (BP) was a main player. They cut deals with Libyan rebels to obtain a better position in oil production. BP was who pushed the release of Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi which Clinton and Obama signed off on. I believe Blumenthal and the business syndicate he represented were on the ground floor of the 2011 insurrection and lobbied Clinton for complete regime change. “We came, we saw, he died,” Clinton joked when told of news reports of Qaddafi's death by an aide.

That’s for sure the regime hated bloomy and still does they even forbade the hildabeast from hiring him in any way shape or form.

I don’t think hillary is reckless just imperial. She has always had an attitude that she never stopped being the first lady.
She still thinks she can do anything she wants since she always has something on everyone she deals with.
She she may be right for all we know.
My guess is there are only two people the hildabeast has to worry about, the big mooch and val/jar.If she gets in trouble with either one she may be in jeopardy.
