Between radar and sonar we can look underground like it was a window pane. Failure to do so is a political failure.

It is allot harder to dig a tunnel that to walk though some of the holes in the fence we have now in some places. A fence by it’s isn’t enough. I don’t know how easy it to detect a tunnel 30ft down. I’ll need to check into that. But shows fences do work.
