President Obama announced Friday that he was replacing retired Marine Gen. John Allen with lawyer and diplomat Brett McGurk as his special envoy for Iraq and Syria with a wide-ranging portfolio that includes holding together a coalition against ISIS.
Allen, who reportedly had clashed with the military over the now-defunct $500 million effort to create an army of Syrian volunteers, was departing after 13 months as special presidential envoy for the global coalition to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIL, another name for the terrorist group.

The stupidity and incompetence of this administration continues! ISIS, ISIL, "moderates" are all terrorists who kill Christians.
Weasel words and inadvisable military action will get us nowhere but to trouble, more embarrassment, and defeat.

I’m betting that a Marine General just would not play ball with Obama and Jarrett and just issued an fy on a daily basis!
This being such a good thing, they should have one attorney adviser for each platoon that in a combat area.
Having an attorney in front of the point man to advise them on returning fire, might be helpful.
America has many unemployed/underemployed attorneys that could be put to work.
Lacking in military training the losses might be high, but few would actually miss them.
This would also help out the over productive law schools, by improving their employment stats.
But where to do we find these leaders when the great cleansing begins?

I have been around 6 decades and I can’t think of a better definition of “leader” than Joshua Wheeler.
So, to address your question, America still produces leaders, we just need them in the Federal Legislature to replace the RINO bums and enough Democrat/Socialists to gain a 2/3 majority!
