Kagan: One of the least-qualified people ever to sit on the Supreme Court. Less that two years of experience actually practicing law as a junior associate. Rest of her life spent in leftist academia and as a Democrat political appointee.

They made fun of Harriet Miers. But she was a thousand times more qualified than Kagan in terms of legal experience. But the bottom line is, it all depends on how the media paints you.
