No, thanks. Who knows what’s in it? Who knows where the ingredients came from? China? Mexico?

You criticize the fast food breakfast items but your recipe would make me throw up.

Those McDonald’s prices are about 67% of ours. Nice.

And no Wendy’s breakfasts here. Not for a long, long time.

Two double cheeseburgers and a small Diet Coke run me about $4. I took my wife, daughter and a French exchange student to one to prove to the student we could eat for under $20. My wife and daughter settled for one DCB each, so it was about $13 for 4 of us. So we splurged and each had ice cream, and still got out for about $17...

If you're hungry enough (and we always were), anything tastes good okay :)

Lol, to think you actually went out of your way to tell me that.

And for lunch I had 2oz of whole wheat linguine, a glove of garlic crushed into a sauce pan of fresh diced tomato and a handful of spinach leaves Sauteed in home made basil olive oil then tossed on high with the freshly cooked and drained pasta. < $1.50

Tonight:

5 oz wild salmon filet dusted in a turmeric lemon rub. Asparagus spears and a 1/2 cup of sprouted short grain brown rice. A table spoon or two of Greek tzatziki sauce. < $8.

Oh, here’s my dog food recipe.

6+ lb of whole pork loin roast. Chunked and cubed. Browned in olive oil then stewed in home made chicken broth. 1 cup of shredded broccoli 1 cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup of pumpkin filling. Feeds a 50lb dog for about $1 per serving and the food is better than a $4.25 can of premium boutique dog food.

Hope you enjoyed.

I went to Wendy’s near my home and they don’t have breakfast. They were serving burgers at 9AM
