Donald Trump Rights Ship on Immigration: On Disney and slams H1-Bs. Must read!
breitbart.com ^ | oct 29th | by Stephen K. Bannon & Alexander Marlow

DT: Day one. This is why I got into this race. Because the everyday working person in this country is getting screwed. Lobbyists write the rules to benefit the rich and powerful. They buy off Senators like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to help them get rich at the expense of working Americans by using H-1B visas–so called “high tech” visas–to replace American workers in all sorts of solid middle class jobs. If I am President, I will not issue any H-1B visas to companies that replace American workers and my Department of Justice will pursue action against them.

BNN: What do you think of Rubio’s bill?

DT: It’s a disaster. It would allow any company in America to replace any worker with cheaper foreign labor. It legalizes job theft. It gives companies the legal right to pass over Americans, displace Americans, or directly replace Americans for good-paying middle class jobs. More than 80 percent of these H-1Bs are paid less than the average wage. Senator Rubio works for the lobbyists, not for Americans. That is why he is receiving more money from Silicon Valley than any other candidate in this race. He is their puppet.

BNN: Do you think agree with Senator Rubio that there is a shortage of talented Americans?

DT: Rubio is dead wrong. America produces the best and brightest in the world. It’s time to stand up for own students–many of whom are racked with terrible, terrible debt and facing a disastrous job market. We are graduating two times more students in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) than find jobs in those fields every year. We have a surplus of talented Americans and we need them to get jobs first.

We have a winner in Donald Trump.

Unless and until Cruz comes out and says this, Trump is the ONLY PERSON WITH THE RIGHT STANCE ON THE ONLY ISSUE THAT MATTERS.

Flame suit donned, but I don’t need one for this.

I am 100% with you.

Trump is the only one saying this. The only one. In either party.

And he has the financial wherewithall to stand up and make things change.

That is the critical thing. Trump can actually change this.

Yes, I have to say that I prefer Cruz’ foundational core conservative beliefs, but Trump is kicking butt every day.

During the debate, he said nothing against H1B. Actually he was very positive about it. This must have not gone over well, so after the debate he runs over to Breitbart to change the image.

Actually his statement here is pretty much what Marco Rubio said, and Trump failed to say.

After the primaries, he can switch back to pro H1B.

We need to remind Trump that the WH ding-a-ling and his hand-picked henchman---Leon Rodriguez---at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are rubber-stamping felons and diseased illegals from 143 countries into the US.

Rodriguez also oversees the infamous EB-5 visa program. Under Obama/Rodrigues' purview---EB-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security:

NEED TO KNOW----ARE OBAMA/RODRIGUES IN COLLUSION W/ ICE'S SALDANA SELLING US CITIZENSHIP TO:

<><> (a) MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS,

<><>(b) ISIS TERRORISTS,

<><> (c) FOREIGNERS SEEKING THE OVERTHROW OF THE US GOVT.

Rodriguez's confirmation hearings revealed he was a board member of Casa Maryland---a Third World pressure group pushing for unlimited immigration on behalf of foreign governments. Rodrigues also has connections to foreign pressure groups across the nation.

==================================================

REFERENCE Circa 2012, Sen Charles Grassley (Repub-Iowa) exposed the DHS-USCIS visa program--Sen Grassley identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:

1) Export of sensitive US technology and other economic espionage.

2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.

3) Use by terrorists.

4) Investment fraud by regional center.

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.

7) Illicit finance/money laundering.

====================================================

HERE'S HOW OBAMA GAVE RODRIGUES (AND ICE'S SALDANA) UNCHECKED POWER OVER US CITIZENS: Obama's amnesty memos signed aboard AF-ONE last Nov "delegated" by ordering federal agencies to come up with "plans" (plans we believe advance the conspiracy to overthrow the US govt).

Saldana and Rodrigues' federal agencies then "invent" happy-sounding Committees to handle it. "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, are then published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

Now Obamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells Saldana and Rodrigues what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

=====================================================

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.

No Congressman was ever involved, and Obamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---centers on the writing of administrative law by nefarious types like Saldana and Rodrigues at these federal agencies.

It is patently un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator).

The Trump Effect

Not yet POTUS Donald Trump is already making changes or at the least illuminating key issues ignored.

Latest is Disney laying off Americans and forcing them to train their foreign replacements, just to save money so to create another Marvel movie.

And its being scooped up by FOX, who would NOT have looked into it until Trump talked about it.

The Trump Effect, gotta love it!

Those EB5 visas - isn’t that the type of status given to Chinese in the free trade zones? Like Idaho ?

Thanks for your dumbass cynical comment. Donald Trump has tons on his plate at age 68, running around the country and speaking non-stop.. He might not understand the HI-B situation completely so he showed some momentary weakness on it. I will take his statements here as definitive and what he will not back down from.

I saw it awhile ago on Fox, why i posted my comment.

Fox should be more gracious to Trump, without him they would have no news.

I like Ted Cruz but I think we need The Donald to clean house and undo decades of damage done by the uniparty. Cruz as veep and right-hand man will give Ted the executive seasoning he could stand to gain. He will be a great follow-on President.

H1-Bs are an obscenity. And let's not forget Øbama giving F-1s and J-1s an extra year exempt from SocSec taxes to apprentice in place of American workers and bring their knowledge back to their home countries. That's a direct replacement of a STEM grad who loses that vital post-graduation year to start their career.

I can easily forgive Trump about small errors, a politician could care less, Trump who states he never apologizes does go further than needed to clarify properly, eloquently, in his fasion non pc of course, and does it from the heart, he has an amazing learning curve, i’m 58 and he totally amazes me at his faster than light intellect.

But more importantly is his patriotism TO America. Absolutely without a doubt he will die trying to fix a crippled America.
