We need to remind Trump that the WH ding-a-ling and his hand-picked henchman---Leon Rodriguez---at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are rubber-stamping felons and diseased illegals from 143 countries into the US.

Rodriguez also oversees the infamous EB-5 visa program. Under Obama/Rodrigues' purview---EB-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security:

HERE'S HOW OBAMA GAVE RODRIGUES (AND ICE'S SALDANA) UNCHECKED POWER OVER US CITIZENS: Obama's amnesty memos signed aboard AF-ONE last Nov "delegated" by ordering federal agencies to come up with "plans" (plans we believe advance the conspiracy to overthrow the US govt).

Saldana and Rodrigues' federal agencies then "invent" happy-sounding Committees to handle it. "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, are then published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

Now Obamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells Saldana and Rodrigues what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.

No Congressman was ever involved, and Obamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---centers on the writing of administrative law by nefarious types like Saldana and Rodrigues at these federal agencies.

It is patently un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator).

Ted Cruz has vocally supported a 500% increase in H1b work visas. Downright scary to hear Cruz talking "conservative"---and being pumped as a "conservative"......Give this guy a little power and the vindictive "us against them" latino DNA in him lets loose.
