yes, there are WAY to many in prison that should have been executed!
Prisoner exchange. Let two of them out and throw Obama and Hitlery in, where they both belong.

There are too many violent criminals who are not in prison and should be.
There are too many corrupt politicians and the people who own them who are not in jail and should be.
But there are too many non-violent criminals in our prisons.
I’d be happy to make a trade. Let’s release 100,000 criminals from prison and replace them with one treasonous Community-Organizer-in-Chief, one foolish Vice President, about 70 traitorous US Senators, and three hundred or so corrupt Congressmen. I’d consider that a big win for America.
“I believe we can disrupt the pipeline from underfunded schools to overcrowded jails.” - Why don’t we stop people from getting into this pipeline in the first place and stop rewarding people who sire/give birth to children but choose not to raise them?

Non-violent offenders can be released and should be so they can work and pay restitution. Keep the violent ones behind bars.
I am especially pissed about big time drug dealers. They should be tried and executed. Preferably by hanging.
What we need is a Devil Island where hard core scum can be dropped off and let to fend for themselves/ Lots cheaper than our prisons. Or contract out to a poor African nation for them to build large outdoors prisons for us. Send illegal alien law breakers there
