sort of frightening, but spot on.

they have his vote if they need it, probably due to his gay stuff.

and the other 4 libs will simply see it as payback for 2000....not only payback for Gore, but b/c Cruz was deeply involved in that lawsuit.

I doubt the Supreme Court would hear the case. But the Natural Born Citizen clause in our Constitution definitely needs to be reviewed and defined. I find it hard to believe the founder thought that a foreign born child with only one US citizen parent would be a natural born citizen. GIs stationed oversea father lots of children are they all NBCs too? What about the children of American trophy wives married to rich Arabs? This really needs to be addressed by the Supreme Court.

It won’t ever get to court. No standing, remember?

Just what one item will set the people to rebel against the supremes and the president... (capitals omitted on purpose)? could it be to do the final straw in this next election and rule against Cruz? if they go after Trump or Cruz.. will that be enough to overrule the likes of roberts?
Something has to move us to take our country back.

JOHN ROBERTS

I wouldn't be so sure of that.

During the debate, Cruz insisted that he would not have appointed Roberts. "It is true that after George W. Bush nominated John Roberts I supported his nomination and I regret that," he said. "We have an out-of-control court."

If Grayson files a lawsuit, it will get tossed for lack of standing. To file a federal lawsuit, you have to show that you will personally suffer some type of loss or damage as an individual that is separate from some general impact on the overall population. What loss or injury can Grayson point to that affects him as an individual? None. That is what makes suing in federal court so difficult to do.
