I don’t see what the fuss is. I agree that she is captive to a wicked and evil cult but she believes its wonderful and why on earth would she swear her oath on a Bible? What else is she going to swear on, her car’s instruction manual? BTW, I just read the cleaning guidelines for my new weapon and it says either after each firing or once a year. What’s with that?

While the muftis and fuqaha played the role in elucidation of the principles of jurisprudence and the laws, the qadi remained the key person ensuring the establishment of justice on the basis of these very laws and rules.
If we're going to give up our Judea-Christian country for 7th Century Islam, let's at least do it right! And while we're at it, let's order a chopping block, swords, scimitar, and other accoutrements as required to dispense justice under Sharia law.
Threats are wrong. But judge should go. Has no place on the bench in the US unless she explicitly renounces Sharia.

The thing to watch isn’t even her “oath” but her. If she starts going Sharia wobbly, someone needs to be willing to put together the picture and make the case for removal or whatever happens in her hierarchy.
To defeat her, either God’s goodness, or else a level of badness to which the one who did it would eventually be even more ashamed to have sunk, is needed. Vigilance is the God’s goodness answer. There are judge watches aren’t there?
