Yes he is. Then he can suspend the election.
My thoughts in the beginning of this realization, i.e. suspension of the elections, were that the 0 regime would use to his advantage a natural disaster that he would deem so ‘severe’ as to declare suspension of elections and even martial law.
Then, with all the mass murders / acts of terrorism SINCE HIS VERY ENTRANCE INTO OFFICE, which are increasing in frightening intensity and frequency, I thought, “This will be the tipping point—his proxy war using ISIS (or ISIL, which “L” stands for Levant—which includes all the nations and their territories he desires to be the new ‘empire’ of the Middle East, wholly controlled by ISIS, his handlers and then an already worked-out portion of leadership for himself).”
But not to leave out what we are all seeing as basically a massive invasion by illegal Mexican, Middle and South American immigrants who are living on the g’vt dime and thieving our jobs, not to mention causing a serious breakout of murderous and criminal activity, and what I view is the most dangerous event of this mass illegal influx—which are mass chunks of our nation becoming populated by muslims (I don’t believe for a millisecond that they are all “Syrian refugees, and I know you don’t, either). Most of these “family units” are young (terrorist) men and (terrorist) women with children at the ripe age to conduct terrorist activities on their own, or be used to spy out potential targets while their older teenage siblings launch the attacks. In San Bernadino, we saw first-hand the use of a ‘fiancée visa’ to murder as many “infidels” (US!) as they could.
And, on to the firearm issue...the institution of the Second Amendment, which is likely soon to be swept away in order for the 0 regime to have complete control. I caught a Fox News story yesterday that announced that the entire state of California, as of January 1st, 2016, would be under immediate mandate to give up all firearms in their possession, should that household’s name be on a list that deems anyone in that household be unfit to be allowed access to a gun. Of course, what you’ll likely hear is “it’s just to get guns out of the hands of dangerous people”, i.e. the mentally unstable / ill.
You know it actually reads to the enforcing authorities, who are not to ever show such documents to a civilian, as:
“Firearms will be immediately confiscated from any person’s household who is deemed by the U.S. Government and the State of California as being “mentally unstable”, i.e. has ever been diagnosed by a physician as having Depression, but can include a wider variety of [more serious] mental disorders, such as PTSD, Bipolar, Anxiety, Adult Defiant Disorder, Schizophrenia, etc...which includes the treating physician ever prescribing any type of mood-altering medications.”
“Firearms will be immediately confiscated from any person’s household who is deemed by the U.S. Government and the State of California to be a hazard to him/her self and others because of, but not limited to, their military status (ex-military but still active, veteran), affiliation with entities such as, but not limited to: NRA/ILA, Gun Owners Of America, any out-of-home proprietary gun sellers (including online), paramilitary, “preppers”, survivalists, etc.”
“Firearms will be immediately confiscated from any person’s household who is deemed by the U.S. Government and the State of California to be a hazard to him/her self and others due to authorities discovery that the person(s) have been in contact with any of the above-named entities, but not limited to: any known terrorist entity / network, including ISIL, Al Queda, Boko Haram (all 0’s buddies, etc)... (NOTE TO US: that means any God-fearing Patriot who is reaching out to sites of this caliber and content. We have all been marked as Enemies of the State, and first and foremost, and the next ‘edict’...especially if you are a follower of Jesus:
“Firearms will be immediately confiscated from any person’s household who is deemed by the U.S. Government and the State of California to be a threat to him / her self or others, due to “religious fanaticism” (read: Jews, Christians—whose true freedom is through their faith in God and Jesus Christ).”
“In all four instances, should the household’s members refuse to allow entrance by (law?!) enforcement authorities to confiscate firearms, special units will be on standby to counter any act of aggression, should such aggression unfortunately lead to the discharge of firearms that would endanger other persons and households.”
“The citizens of the State of California, and also via the U.S. Government, have been and are in the process of being made aware of the change in law regarding possession of firearms, with all media outlets, including online, being utilized, as social media trends suggest that it is one of the best and fastest ways to saturate a population-at-large with news and instructions. Of course, the new law(s) are in legally-binding print form on file at any government facility, such as local police departments, court houses, post offices, county clerks offices, municipal buildings, and local banks as they deem fit.”
