Obama was a "guest lecturer" on a fringe topic. He was never a "professor" of "constitutional law". That was an exaggeration intended to inflate his credentials. Lots of stupid people fell for it. He's a marxist ideologue and influenced by black liberation theology (as cover for being a closet muslim). Mostly, he's an empty suit that does the bidding of Valerie Jarrett. His loose cannon behavior can be bottled up in the courts until he has to leave office.

President Trump has vowed that on his first day in office, he will revoke this EO and every other unconstitutional EO issued by Obama. It would be even better if President Trump simply revoked ALL of Obama’s EOs with Trump Presidential EO #1, and then reissued any that actually might some merit.
