I just finished watching Sarah Palin's endorsement of Donald Trump and I have some observations.
Sarah Palin is a rhetorical genius. Like her or not, she's really good at political rhetoric.
And, I hope Trump is PAYING her, she's worth $5mil a month during the primaries so hopefully he'll be paying her at least $3mil/month.
This endorsement matters. She bring more "blue collar" credibility and conservative "good enough" to put all other GOP challengers back on their heels looking for life support.
This endorsement likely is the death knell for the Cruz campaign. I think it now means Trump will win Iowa, something I was sure he had locked up. I even contended aggressively with fellow Freepers on this matter. I considered it an illusion that anyone besides Cruz could win Iowa, but now I believe it will be Trump.
And Sarah Palin will be the reason.
Without Iowa, Cruz has no campaign.
Flame away, but do as well as you can to keep it civil.
Palin scores. A few notes and hell on wheels in high heels.
Well, her on fire speech bumped the narrow Trump lead a little.
She was very, very good tonight. This was up with her 2008 Convention speech.
Trump supported her in 2008 when she was taking on the most arrows. She hasn’t forgotten. She is loyal.
Wait.. I thought it was Cruz who needed other people’s coattails and help in the race?
Palin should have been at home stopping her son from abusing a female and threatening to shoot himself with semi automatic rifle while drunk. The address listed was Palins home.
Won’t change one person’s mind and Tea Partiers will quickly label Palin a sell out, which she is.
We will see. I am hoping that some fresh Iowa polls will come out soon so that we can see what the state of the race is there. I am very unhappy that she made this endorsement, I just hope that voters in Iowa have the good sense not to follow her this time.
I think you meant to say that you thought Cruz had it sown up?
She has endorsed more Republicans who later won office than the GOPe ever has.
Did Heidi get out of the road yet?
I think Sarah will be stumping with trump for two days - dominating the media and keeping trump as the main message.

I have been having concerns about Trump recently and only Trump can make them go away...but I love Sarah and if she feels strong enough, to endorse him as strongly and intensely as she did....it carries a lot of weight with me
I am the conservative evangelical that Trump has had difficulty totally persuading, but I do respect Sarah. Sarah has been unwavering through thick and then and her endorsement does matter to me.
