Well, you say he’s been a ‘lifelong liberal Democrat’, but that just simply isn’t true by any objective measure. He said a lot of things as a private citizen who had interests that needed to be guarded from a predatory political class.

I don’t pretend I’ll always agree with Trump, but if he implements what he’s talking about with taxes, immigration, and trade deals, it will unquestionably be the most conservative change this country has seen since Calvin Coolidge.

And what would you rather have? A guy trying his butt off to actually do that or someone who blows smoke and promises you ‘purity’ but delivers nothing. Because that’s what we’ve got to choose from.

You can have conservative ideas implemented by an imperfect man or you can have someone who pretends at being perfect, yet will accomplish nothing.

I’ve had enough of people who would rather use demonstrably false rhetoric like ‘Trump is a lifelong liberal democrat’ than actually fix this country. People need to take a step back and examine themselves.
