Leaked documents purport to show that the Islamic State (ISIS) is cutting the salaries of its foreign fighters as low oil prices and continued air strikes on terrorist-controlled oil targets hit back with a monetary jihad.

The documents—which are said to have been leaked by the ISIS ‘treasury department’, or the Bayt Mal al-Muslimeen—state that foreign-fighter salaries in Syria have been reduced 50 percent due to “exceptional circumstances,” including continued air strikes of Syria-based ISIS oil operations and low oil prices.

Crime does not pay.

Terrorism pays, but not as well as it used to.

That can’t be. Obama’s administration told us that oil was only a very small part of ISIS’s revenue.

Trump told us to bomb the oil.

Cruz ... did Cruz say anything at all on ISIS before Trump started talking about it?

This is why getting as much oil to market as possible is a national security issue. The lower the price, the more of a problem for the Middle Eastern Islamofascists.

Turkey is a big customer of ISIS for their oil. Turkey should be sanctioned against or just plain sank via bombing.

The American Democrat party will rally to the defense of these abused workers for the Islamic Revolution.

They will demand a $15 an hour minimum wage and free Job Training for terrorists.

Yeah, but they still have free health care, retirement at 55, and only work 36 hours a week, so people are still very happy

That's why they are so successful. Why can't WE have that????

ISIS has made a lot of enemies. As they grow weaker, those enemies will have a window of opportunity and, I would think, they would be inclined to act on this window of opportunity that has been opened for them.

We should, of course, intercept any ISIS members detected attempting to travel internationally. These guys shouldn't be allowed to live simply because they quit the field.

ISIS - big enough to be hurt by the world economy and oil prices. I thought they were just a JV team and nothing to worry about.

That’s a perfect graphic. It’s so hard to remember all of the stupid things this administration says, they say so many stupid things.

Trump told us to bomb the oil.

The Russians are the ones who bombed the oil caravans.

We avoided bombing the oil trucks because we worried about killing innocent oil truck drivers, and causing environmental damage.

Let's face it, we are not much of a military player now in the mid-east area, but we certainly have a lot of mouthing off about things we can't control since we pulled back from being an active player.

We should shut up , regroup, and come up with a new plan for that area, even if the plan means watching the mid -east disintegrate. -tom

True, the Russians bombed the oil, but before that Trump called for the oil to be bombed.

“ISIS Forced To Cut Wages As Oil Revenues Tank”

Surprised to see this didn’t lead Big Media’s Fun-with-Jobs Thursday statistics as a sign of a “robust economy”.
