USFW Takeover of Alaska Hunting & Refuge Lands
Ammoland ^ | February 14, 2016

If you like to hunt and fish you better pay attention to this proposal.

The feds are creating their own little fiefdoms on Alaksa refuge lands. The proposed regulations grant too much authority to refuge managers. They literally have dictatorial powers. It certainly sets up the right environment for corruption. They are even trying to make it difficult for the public to testify.

The environmental extremists showed up at the Fairbanks meeting in force. It appears their plan is to get these regs passed and install their man as manager. (It makes one wonder what the Bundy's issues were in Oregon doesn't it).

...

US Fish & Wildlife Service proposed regulations on January 8, 2016, that will: â—¦Change how wildlife is managed on 76 million acres of national wildlife refuges in Alaska, and â—¦Reduce public participation in federal decisions for public uses and refuge closures.

...

The regulations will change how wildlife has been regulated since Statehood. The FWS proposal: â—¦Authorizes Refuge Managers to prohibit any 'methods and means' allowed by state regulations without meaningful criteria, without public process, and without consultation with the State .

...

Authorizes Refuge Managers to establish shorter seasons, closures, access limits, and lower bag limits and to prohibit any methods and means if: â—¦the federal manager thinks the harvest would impact "conservation of natural and biological diversity, biological integrity, and environmental health" (despite the fact that Congress has not authorized the FWS to use these criteria to trump state regulations.)

...

Comments are due March 8, 2016. FWS gave Alaskans only 60 days to comment on these major changes.

Posting this article is felony conspiracy to impede federal officers from discharging official duties through use of force, intimidation or threats.

And anyone replying to this article, unless they REJECT the premise, is also guilty of felony conspiracy to impede federal officers from discharging official duties through use of force, intimidation or threats.

As far as you know.

Or don't know - until they bring charges against you a couple of years, or ten years from now...

The Redcoats never had it so good...

They don't have the resources to enforce their musings, some big country, tough to get around.

In many rural communities, the feds have meetings, only the greenies are invited or find out about them. They usually want to close down trails or access. People will not starve, they ignore the regulations.

A few years back we had two fed officers that were harassing locals with safety checks, heavy handed tactics, ect. After several incidents of guns being pointed at locals, locals that refused to stop their boats mid river; ensuing fights, ect; Gov, Senators, and our representative became involved. The fed officers were fired or moved outta Ak. Alaska has been experiencing such federal behavior since Jimmy Carter; comes and goes with Dem administrations.

That is where things are heading in the not too distant future.
When the economy crashes, gov’t will offer reward bounties on individuals who support domestic terrorism in any shape, form or manner.
Desperate people aiding bonus seeking gov’t agents will sweep up anyone for anything.
Just watch what the DOJ is doing using the SPLC “extremists list” as a watch list for red listing leaders of benign Christian (Family Research Council) and conservative groups (Worldnetdaily).
1. NDAA 2011 permits any US citizen on domestic soil to be held indefinitely (without due process) found to be “belligerent” to government authority.
2. Obola’s Sep 15 2015 Executive order establishes a massive Behavioral Analysis inter-agency Commercial partnership to create citizen databases, “to better provide services”.
3. Obola Dec 2015 War Authorization allows military force to be used anywhere in the world for an indefinite period to target any organizations or individuals that pose a threat to the USA.
4. Feb 2015 establishment of DOJ domestic terrorism organization keeping an eye out for US citizens hostiles.

We lost the first ammendment, fourth and fifth.
We’re going to lose the 2A soon.
Guaranteed, unless we do according to tagline.

Your tagline: “When is our next march on DC? When have we had enough?”

We have had enough already. And we have the chance to make a change in the presidency - with the use of Federal POWER (and Federal Lands) as a key issue.

Yep. Agenda 21. The peasants are to be ruled by the elites.

They're finding out that not all of what they thought were sheep are sheep at all.

T Roosevelt established the first refuge but it was the Migratory Bird Stamp Act in 1934 that established a steady stream of revenue and the refuges get 98% of that money.

Also the Land and Water Conservation Fund(1965) which comes from federal offshore drilling royalties.

Pittman Roberson Act (Federal Aid to Wildlife) in the 1930s. This is an federal excise tax on hunting equipment and supplies that is partially spent by the feds and some of it is granted to the states.

Dingall Johnson Act(Federal Aid to Fisheries) in the 1950s

There is also an federal excise tax on pleasure boat fuel.

With the Natl Wildlife Refuges and special wetland management districts there are over 150 million acres plus over 400 million acres in marine national monuments created by George Bush and enlarged by Obama.

These benefit others beside hunters and fishers. Campers, hikers and birdwatchers. The National Refuges in south Texas are the mecca for birdwatchers from all over the US and Europe, and many of them complain about the border fence.

You shouldn't think of these refuges as stand alone because they often exist in conjunction with other public lands. The Cossatot River in SW AR is surrounded by a national forest, a state park, two wildlife refuges, FWS land and Corp of Engineers property, and all of this is surrounded by Weyerhauser Timberlands(privately owned) that has a public use policy that is consistent with the govt owned lands. Weyerhauser is constantly swapping land with the feds and state where they trade away acres and get back board feet of timber.

“USFW Takeover of Alaska Hunting & Refuge Lands”

This is completely un-Constitutional, under the 10th amendment. But what can we do? Will President Trump stop this?

As predator populations [ wolf packs, bears, etc. ] destroy herds of elk, deer, moose, etc. , then rural communities will starve.

Stalin murdered millions just thru starvation, too.

Locals need to begin to act by March 8, 2016.

Do not forget the real issue. Like the Russian - Hillary Uranium One deal. or the Bubba - Indonesian Riady / Utah Escalante deal. etc.

BINGO.

And Agenda .308 is very angry and will go to the meetings with determination and relish.
