SOS... Bush’s fault.
He had two years to do whatever he wanted during which he spent more money than any man in history ‘stimulating’ the economy. What he got was everything he said he would have if he did nothing at all. Clearly his plans have zero to negative effects by his own standards, and we are out trillions of dollars.
Honestly they we thought it was crazy to just hand people money and finance existing programs as if the Government is the driver of all economic activity rather than generally a wast of resources(human and material).
Very little that Obama spent money on had any effect on the economy at all. indeed we would have been far better off if he had allowed the bad industries to collapse and good industries to take over their good assets and market share.
That is how a real economy is suppose to work, that is how you generate real wealth with new ideas. You let the corrupt and wasteful go out of business.
