Government does not have the right to tell manufacturers what their products will look like.
“Government does not have the right to tell manufacturers what their products will look like.”
That was old America. Now we have a government and industry partnership. Its the new way and it really is for the best. Imagine how one arrow can be broken. But a bundle of arrows organized and tied together are strong.
Look at an old Roman Fasces for example.
The new way really will be amazing. And freedom was over rated, messy, and selfish./s
tell that to the automakers...
or lawn mowers..
or anything really. The fedgov has it’s fingers in everything.
Actually they do. Its called regulations and codes.
What they cant do is violate the constitutional rights of citizens.
They also cannot do warantless blanket fishing expeditions.
Tell that to the auto industry, or just about any industry for that matter.
Congress has the Article I Section 8 right to regulate commerce.
This means it can tell manufacturers how to design products.
Congress has the Article I Section 8 right to raise armies which means it has the right to tell Apple (and Samsung)programmers what to do.
I agree with you, but the totalitarians at the EPA, BATF, FCC, FDA and all the rest seem to think otherwise
“Government does not have the right to tell manufacturers what their products will look like.”
Actually, they do. ITAR.
