The problem is the media sees Islam in politically correct terms.
Muslims are part of the left’s “coalition of the oppressed.” If you are part of the oppressed, you can get away with any atrocious behavior, and no other members of the “coalition of the oppressed,” will object. That’s why Muslims can execute homosexuals, and even homosexual activists won’t say a word. Blacks can conduct their own War on Women by committing over half the rapes in the country, and not a single “feminist” will utter a word.
The problem is that politicians see Islam in politically correct terms - or, worse, they see Islam for the evil it is and are afraid to say so, much less do anything about it.
Well...so do Cruz, Romney, and Kasich.
