I want Charles In Charge of the GOP Establishment. He has more sense than many of those so-called professionals.

In the case of a political party, is it the party that makes the people or the people that make the party? Seems to me if the majority of the people in the party select a candidate and if the party is the people, then the party has spoken.

Or maybe I just naive.

“I just wish the Republican Party... would attack Democrats the way they attack their own.”

That would be attacking themselves, thus shooting themselves twice in the head.

If this was a normal election cycle, the establishment would be pressuring Cruz and Kasich to get out, and would be rallying around Trump, giving him daily policy briefings, and gearing up for the general election.

If Trump gets the necessary 1237 delegates, and wins the nomination on the first ballot, I really doubt if the RNC will rally around him, and I suspect their campaign to destroy him will actually continue all the way to November.

What Scott hasn’t realized is the GOP today exists to thwart the citizens ability to stop the Cheap Labor Express.

I agree but that assume the establishment really cares....

we in the base looks at it as we break the establishment to clean out the party

but the party establishment looks that if they destroyed the party ...they break the base

so in other words ....to the establishment..... to them .....they're not really shooting themselves in the head.... they're shooting the base in the head

Another idiot actor weighing in. Who cares what he thinks?

I just wish the Republican Party — which I don’t really consider myself a part of anymore, because I don’t trust them on anything — I just wish they would attack Democrats the way they attack their own.”

My sentiments exactly.

This is the other thing that steams me about this election.

This whole thing has been going on for months and months with every two-bit has-been B-list actor weighing in and everybody waiting and waiting with practically NO input from the heavies, and then just when we basically give up Scott says “oh here I am!”

And I feel it’s almost too late!

Scott, where were you we we asked for you? Where were you when we NEEDED your input and guidance?

So - that’s how I feel. On one hand I am grateful to have someone who is more than an intellectual giant or a megastar or a “great,” or “international legend” or “immortal” as they say in common parlance... Indeed, more than “in the pantheon” but “above the pantheon” or “having created the pantheon,” nay, I would say someone whose greatness is inexpressible, inestimable;

on the other hand I feel as if he has turned his face from us when we needed him most. Where was he?

Why, Scott Baio, when I look back upon the sandy beach of this election cycle, do I see only the footprints of the twenty-something original candidates, Carl Icahn, Amanda Carpenter and maybe that squishy looking wet green thing over there with what appear to be mussels attached to some of it,but not you?

Sorry Chachi, I don’t vote for the JACKASS party, even when their candidates run with an “R” next to their name.

It’s like an alternate Universe. Chachi endorses a former reality TV star for President who is running against a former Senator and Secretary of State who is under investigation for treason and one of the two will be replacing a queer Marxist Muslim who was elected and re-elected President.

I would not have said it like that but I appreciate there’s anyone in Hollywood who is not in Camp Hillary! Takes courage to speak up out there!

Now you’ve got the GOPe(elite) pegged, Chachi!
You see, they don’t care if Hillary is elected POTUS as
long as they don’t lose their place in the CLUB.

I’ve seen them do the same thing over & over & wasted my
time going to vote for their pick. I voted Romney last time;
but watching him backstab Mr. Trump in that “speech” was
the last straw. Now, watching them do a smear job on Trump
is disgusting.
