You are certainly correct. And this is why Trump has to watch what he does and says. If this alone had happened I don't think it would matter much. But when combined with the retweet of the picture of Cruz' wife and the statement he made about punishing women who have abortions it will have an effect when the media starts harping on all of them 24/7. I like Trump's bluntness but sometimes he just plays into their hands.

Here’s my statement regarding the charges against Corey Lewandowski by the Jupiter Police Department:

Some media outlets have reported that this office has brought charges against Corey Lewandowski, campaign manager for Donald Trump. These reports are false. Our office has taken no action against Mr. Lewandowski. The matter was investigated and charged by the Jupiter Police Department, not this office. We will await the file from the Jupiter Police Department and make a decision on how to proceed in this matter before Mr. Lewandowski’s May 4th arraignment.

Law enforcement charges on a probable cause standard.

The State has to proceed on a legally higher standard of proof, which is beyond a reasonable doubt as well as whether there is a reasonable likelihood of a conviction. At this point, our office has not received the case.

Wow, I did not know the prosecutor had not even filed. So, basically it’s just an investigation. The exact same stage the Hillary e-mail situation is at. Funny, I see no one in the media calling for Hillary to step down like they are asking Trump’s campaign manager to do.

In that video capture, it looks like Fields has grabbed Trump's arm and that he is trying to pull away from her.

Is there another view showing whether or not she actually touched Trump's arm? If she did, then she has committed battery against him.
