In Germany, the 1935 Nuremburg Laws declared that Jews were not persons.

Now, Hillary Clinton declares that unborn children are not persons.

Actually, there are no such things as "Constitutional rights." That phrase implies that the Constitution grants rights and that it can withdraw them as well.

I am agreeing with you. Arguably, the two worst decisions in the history of the Supreme Court of the United States were Dred Scot v. Sanford (1857) and Roe v. Wade (1973). Both decisions effectively declared a group of human beings as non-persons subject to the property considerations of another person. Slaves had no rights as human beings (they were the property of their masters) and neither do pre-born children (which are the property of their mother).
