This is an elephant
This is a dolphin
But this is a non person with no rights
We have seen this logic before where people were considered non persons.
Dred Scot

It's the same kind of attitude Hitler had to the Jewish people in Europe so we know where this kind of thinking leads. She is a very dangerous person.

America is more corrupt than Soddom and Gommorah. Not only do we sacrifice babies, but we sell their parts to the highest bidder. We CELEBRATE perversity, and are Proud to be sinful. I would say may God be merciful on our souls, but that is foolish. May God be merciful on those who follow the Messiah. Those that refuse to believe, are not my problem. Judgment is coming, you had better get “right”. A word to the wise is sufficient.

Justice is what the people of America make it, not what the GOPe instruct us it is...This should be a wake-up call to those who support Clinton, only in regards to what she personally stands for, like anyone else in this race, they only have so much influence. Laws are made and passed and amended and removed by our Senators and Congressmen and women. Don’t forget that. We can determine if these people represent us or not. We have to be proactive, and consistent, and determined. Only then can we foment change.

In the 1857 Dred Scot decision the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that slaves were not persons.
In Germany, the 1935 Nuremburg Laws declared that Jews were not persons.
Now, Hillary Clinton declares that unborn children are not persons.
Do you see a pattern here?

The Dred Scot decision declared that slaves were merely the property of their owners and not human beings. They could be killed at the whim of their master and were not protected by the constitutional rights accorded to persons.

Senators and Congressmen make the laws but they can be voted out but far to many men fail to vote abortion is murder and yet the pro abortion people don’t want to send a murder in prison to death so much for logic.

I think you misunderstood “the rights are there” to mean that I didn’t understand Scott... What I was saying is that the right to life is God given and exists no matter what the USSC may say in a decision (Roe).

Hillary is going for the Kill your Baby womens vote—and she will get it too. Too many women use abortion as a form of Birth Control. next she will say that babies less than a year old should be “Put to Sleep” if the Mother is sick of them or they get in the way of a good time. Its the next logical step—Why not put them out of the way? They can’t vote.

Actually, there are no such things as "Constitutional rights." That phrase implies that the Constitution
grants rights and that it can withdraw them as well.
There are only G-d-given rights.

I am agreeing with you. Arguably, the two worst decisions in the history of the Supreme Court of the United States were Dred Scot v. Sanford (1857) and Roe v. Wade (1973). Both decisions effectively declared a group of human beings as non-persons subject to the property considerations of another person. Slaves had no rights as human beings (they were the property of their masters) and neither do pre-born children (which are the property of their mother).
