It was probably denied because the Judge himself knows he is also in that blackbook.

SCOTUS Denies Request from D.C. Madam's Attorney to Release Info

Since when does anyone need permission from a court to release information, unless it would damage the country in some way?

What was the basis for the Appellate court sealing this info in the first place?

Stop with the Trump-humping. Cruz was living in Texas at time. Perhaps look at your guy who openly bragged about sleeping with married women.

SSN's? To get poontang?

If I may point out the obvious, these are not customers. That is why they are blocking it: so innocent people don't get hurt because there is no one alive that can provide testimonial evidence.

Have things really sunk so low, that this tabloid-level nonsense is given not only hyperventilating attention by the press, but on FR?

[simulation]
“Oh! OH! There’s a D.C. Madam with a list! And there’s a record that Cruz was actually in D.C. many times! It’s absolutely IMPERATIVE to the interests of the country that the list of people be released, so that we know whether or not Cruz is on the list! Because, as everyone knows, Cruz was one of the only men in D.C. at the time... and, as it goes without saying, adultery is an absolute deal-breaker for the GOP nomination, as any Trump supporter will tell... er... will tell...

*ahem*...

um....”
[end simulation]

Good grief. This is not only beneath contempt, but it’s beneath junior-high maturity and beneath brain-damage-level cognitive skills. But people give it serious air time and credence. SMH.

Not a lawyer, but what would happen to this person if:

His computer with this information got hacked and leaked?

The information was in his residence and he got broken into and that information was stolen and released?

Release it anyway

It’s your data...

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to deny you your constitutional rights.

“Time is of the essence,” Sibley wrote in his latest Supreme Court filing. “Given the significance of the upcoming political primaries and caucuses, in the looming Republican and Democratic conventions on July 18th and July 25th respectively, and given the impact of the presently sealed from the public record that this attorney seeks to release, upon those electoral deliberations, expedited resolution to this application is incumbent upon this court.”

His application was directed to Chief Justice John Roberts, the justice assigned to emergency appeals from the Washington, D.C. area. Roberts denied it without seeking a response from any other party, ******a sign of how little merit Roberts found in the application.******

Actually a sign that he wont release a 15,000 name DC based whorehouse customer list. Tell you all you need to know about our government. He should release it. Claim it was stolen.

What a guy.
