Laura Bush, the former first lady, has hinted she would rather vote for Hillary Clinton than Donald Trump, saying she wants the next American president to be someone who cares about women in Afghanistan.
The Democratic front-runner is the only female candidate left in the race and visited Afghanistan four times during her stint as Secretary of State.

Amen! As an aside, I’m relieved to see the true Bush machine and all it stands for - regardless if I ‘liked’ W or not, this family is imho a large part of why our nation is in a downward spiral.
Of course she feels this way, she is just following the GOPe line of thinking - anti-Trump even at the cost of electing hillary, as they have stated loud and clear.
Without clicking through, I may have missed the meat of the story, but I doubt that a women by design has more interest in the women of Afghanistan than a male. I am certain GWB did more to help those women than Obama has done. Especially with Laura’s focus on it. Obama is more focused on protecting the people who treat women inhumanely.
Good thing Cruz has aligned himself with the whole gang again. He was a Bushite as he entered politics and has never left.
Does she think Hillary will treat those women better than those who died in Benghazi or those females aborted in the clinics the Bush support.
I fail to see how her words have anything to do with voting for hillary.

Hillary didn’t even care about her own people in Benghazi. She could not care less what happens to women (or men) anywhere unless she can scam some money for her foundation by pretending to care or pretending to do charitable work via the foundation.
Yep, and I’d bet anything that she’s pro “refugee”. You know, all those helpless (male) Muslims that she’s worried about the way they treat women in Afghanistan. What could be better than to bring them over here too?
Another reason to rid the Reupublican Party and America of the GOPee, once and for all. The best backstabbing Rats on Earth belong in the Rat party.
Hillary is pro-choice and I assume liberal women will vote for her as a result.

And now, just look at what Texans have done electing the “Beaner Boosh” to the Lands Commission, whatever useless agency that is.
