"Diversity" is used by someone who is an atheist, a materialist, a behavioralist.
When I taught Great Books in my 20 years in the high school classroom, I was able to
convey that the world of ideas cuts across all cultures, all time, all races, because ideas
come from the spiritual realm, which knows none of these boundaries.

I agree, let’s make three permanent appointments for SCOTUS to only be occupied by veterans. If they are asked to risk their lives to support and defend the constitution, they sure deserve a seat at the table. (Veterans with law degrees, while I thank them for their service, should be barred from these three positions.)
I’m sure that will give the diversity that other justices crave.
