Do not let 'Justice' Kagan manipulate you again, like she did on Obamacare. Do NOT let a President create Law. That is not his position. Do not 'tweak' his Law or you will be creating Law and that is not your position either! Congress didn't act because we already have Laws to deal with immigration. It's just that this Administration isn't bothering to follow the Law. And they sue States who try to enforce the Laws on the books. Our immigration system isn't broken, it is simply that the IMMIGRATION LAWS AREN'T BEING ENFORCED!

Impeachment should be threatened. I am sure freepers will tell us why impeachment does not apply for this, but Congress should let him know, if he wants to legislate from the bench, they will, at least, taint his legacy. Since Roberts isn’t liberal, Democrats might help.

I wonder if he realizes that the Democrats actually voted for Obamacare (NO Republicans ever voted for Obamacare), so it did come out of the legislature (illegally, of course, as it was a Bill sent to the Senate that Reid stripped everything out of and inserted the Obamacare Bill into, so it would have a House designation, where ALL spending Bills are required to originate). The Immigration EA was made up out of whole cloth......the only one responsible for it is Obama. What a travesty! If Obama gets away with this and we are ever able to overcome the Dems cheating to get a Republican back into the WH, I hope he runs completely roughshod over the Dems with EOs and EAs, they deserve it!
In addition to the EO’s and EA’s, a GOP Tax and Justice Departments that get used as weapons to punish enemies! Heck, let’s use the RICO laws to put warming BELIEVERS in jail!
