I wonder if he realizes that the Democrats actually voted for Obamacare (NO Republicans ever voted for Obamacare), so it did come out of the legislature (illegally, of course, as it was a Bill sent to the Senate that Reid stripped everything out of and inserted the Obamacare Bill into, so it would have a House designation, where ALL spending Bills are required to originate). The Immigration EA was made up out of whole cloth......the only one responsible for it is Obama. What a travesty! If Obama gets away with this and we are ever able to overcome the Dems cheating to get a Republican back into the WH, I hope he runs completely roughshod over the Dems with EOs and EAs, they deserve it!

We all knew that when Roberts was appointed to the court he was a “wishy-washy” liberal to start with. However, the Republicans simply loved him and this is what we got.

He was a traitor before and he will be one again in the future...you can bet on that. His rule of law is based upon how you feel, not the Constitution.
