Yeah, I know it's algores old network with a new name. Anyway, and some folks are concerned about which toilet they can have access to? Maybe they should go to Bangladesh and complain. Or they could kiss the ground they walk on for being born here instead of some 3rd world crap hole.

That's a death wish if there ever was one.

Yeah, but they have equal opportunity toilets! A hole in the floor with two raised spots for your shoes. If you have ever used one, you know what I’m saying. If not, you squat and unless you have a lot of practice, you wet yourself.
But they don’t discriminate! you can use them even if your weewee is going to get lopped off.

Seen them in China, decided I would wait until we got back to the Hotel.
Not something to take on lightly.

I'm having a hard time getting past the "transgender" magazine in Bangladesh. Wow, this nuttiness really is everywhere.
I do agree, though, that the response to it is very different from here.
After all, the murderers didn’t use eeevil guns, meaning this didn’t happen at all, because we all know guns are the source of all evil.
My solution on wilderness camping trips where there were similar facilities was to look for a smoth log overhanging a depression in the ground, drop trou, hang my apparatus over the log, and perform my function(s).
Thanks. A bad thread got worse! :)

What happens to those with a bad knee, a leg injury or too little thigh strength to squat and rise?

A smooth log, no splinters or poison ivy, with no rattle snakes lying in wait beneath it, beats a squat pit any day. Just use you imagination about the male plumbing and the rattle snakes.

OMG, I’v got to confess; I’ve hijacked this thread, a thread that was supposed to deal with serious political issues, and taken it to the pooper.
Sounds like a progressive form of genital mutilation surgery.
