”We’re going to kill you” is a very easy plan to understand and carry out.I'll be blunt, I'm tired of "war" as I am certain our military is. Given that, this job needs done and with simple orders such as "were going to kill you" I would imagine America's warriors will be more than motivated to see the job completed and finished thoroughly.
No ROE's, just get the job done and get home.

“Rules of Engagement” are the problem. Soldiers/Marines are trained to break things and blow stuff up. Turn them loose and simply order them to “Win”. The world would be stunned at the results.

Let us be honest - the reason ISIS is still around is the Obama admin and the Republican neocons find it useful to have them and al-Qaeda fight Assad's army.
We can wipe out ISIS and al-Qaeda in Syria in one week. Just side with the Assad govt and the Russians and it's all over. No American boots on the ground needed.
