President Obama spoke at a town hall moderated by PBS Wednesday night while still in Elkhart, Indiana. The subject of gun control came up and the president assured that neither he nor any other Democrat is trying to take away America's guns.
An audience member stood up and posed the following question: "Why do you and Hillary want to control and restrict and limit gun manufacturers, gun owners and responsible use of guns and ammunition to the rest of us -- the good guys -- instead of holding the bad guys accountable for their actions?"
The man continued, using Obama's hometown of Chicago as an example, and said the city boasts some of the strictest gun laws in the nation alongside an "embarrassing" murder rate. He wanted to know why restrict lawful gun owners when its the thugs in the city that need to be rounded up and put away.
The president was a bit miffed at the man's pointed question, but assured him no one's coming for his guns:
“The notion that I, or Hillary or Democrats or whoever you want to choose, are hell-bent on taking away folks’ guns is just not true.
“And I don’t care how many times the NRA says it. I’m about to leave office. There have been more guns sold since I’ve been president than just about any time in U.S. history. There are enough guns for every man, woman and child in this country.

I simply love that someone asked the question, especially in the context of Zero’s Chicago. But as usual, the answer was a lie and did not address the question posed in the slightest. Reality of Democrat’s actions and statements directly contradicts the Zero response.

Spoken by the liar in chief. When they kill the 2nd Amendment, they won’t have to take our guns. We will bring in our guns because we will get warning letters telling us what guns we have and a deadline for turning them in. Don’t tell me those background checks are not tracking us.
